Today’s academic paradigm has quickly tilted on a completely different axis taking on a whole new technological life form. In light of the recent Pandemic, the current institutional framework is comprised of educators, students, staff and parents collectively troubleshooting e-learning systems; hardware and software, as well as methods of virtual instruction and web-based programs.
Educational Technology (EdTech) is the combined use of computer hardware, software, and educational theory and practice to facilitate learning. EdTech is a skillfully crafted tool, as it creates, uses, and manages technological processes and educational resources to help improve user academic performance.
2020, undoubtedly has created a disheveled platform for a vast majority of e-learners and their facilitators and the dire need for practicality and efficiency of functionality and proficiency. EdTech has a number of reliable features that are sure to aid in a rapidly growing institutional learning space. Products and Services like, management and tutoring platforms, Infrastructure solutions, mobile apps, etc., attribute to a variety of learning environments on multi-levels.
Both public and private educational sectors have since begun the new normal processes of enforcing new instructional methods and exploring innovative practices amongst parent/teacher/student body by advocating optimism as well as bridging the e-learning gap from classroom instruction to an in-home curricular all while simulating fluidity. The hope is not to merely gain technological traction but to maintain on-going momentum in this manner.
