ClassLink — SSO & Rostering

Districts authenticate users through ClassLink SAML SSO. For roster data, SchoolBanks automatically synchronizes student, class, and enrollment records through a REST-based integration built on the OneRoster 1.1 resource structure — enrollment changes flow through without manual re-entry. This sync currently covers student, class, and enrollment data only; teacher and staff records are on our roadmap and not yet included. SchoolBanks has not submitted this integration for 1EdTech OneRoster certification, and this description should not be read as implying 1EdTech-certified conformance.

Microsoft Entra ID — SSO

Support district identity workflows through Microsoft Entra ID for authentication.

Google Workspace — SSO

Domain-restricted single sign-on for districts standardized on Google Workspace.

Import Center — CSV Bulk Import

For districts that prefer direct control over data loading, or whose SIS doesn't use ClassLink, SchoolBanks' Import Center supports CSV bulk import for fees, payments, sections, staff, students, enrollments, and assets, with column mapping, background processing, and full job-history tracking. This uses SchoolBanks' own CSV format, not the OneRoster 1.1 CSV specification.
