SchoolBanks, Inc. launched in 2020 — but the underlying system has supported K-12 schools since 2003. Founder and CEO David Greene built it around one belief: operational accountability for fees, payments, and assets shouldn't live in spreadsheets and side systems.
SchoolBanks was built around a problem districts know well: too much operational accountability still lives in the wrong places.
From the founder and CEO perspective, the goal is not to bolt a payment button onto existing chaos. The goal is to build the operational system of record districts can trust for student obligations, payment history, assigned assets, and the workflows around them.
